Comments about Rode WSVM Shotgun Wind Screen:
Works well as a basic wind screen, will not block strong winds, direct air, or close plosives. Combine this with a deadcat and it works much better, cheaper than a blimp...

Comments about Rode WSVM Shotgun Wind Screen:
It fits firmly onto the mic for extra protection while filming/recording audio on a windy day. I got mine for backup just in case.

Comments about Rode WSVM Shotgun Wind Screen:
This came free with my purchase of a Rode shotgun mic. It works fine. However, why am I forced to promote Rode if this mic should appear on-camera? Are you giving these away as promos? No. So then why the giant logo?

Comments about Rode WSVM Shotgun Wind Screen:
Works just fine for things like moving the camera around or a gentle breeze vs not having one. Not as easily torn as some reviews would lead you to believe.

Comments about Rode WSVM Shotgun Wind Screen:
Of course, this fits the NTG1 and 2 very well. My only problem is that it's not as durable as it could be. It doesn't take much to rip this windscreen a new one but at the price, it's easy to replace.
