The Beyerdynamic MPC-70 is a condenser boundary microphone that combines the flexibility of boundary style audio capturing with the convenience of a USB output. The microphone connects directly to a PC allowing direct dialog recording, web broadcasting, transcription, conference capturing and more. The microphone requires only 5 volts and is powered via the USB port. A silent membrane style switch is user programmable to operate in standard On/Off, push-to-talk and push-to-mute modes. The semi-spherical pick up pattern provides a generous pick up area above the direct and off-axis sections of the capsule while eliminating surface noise.
