This kept the Canon G7 in my DIY photobooth running for about eight hours straight. No issues. Same solid build quality as other Canon accessories. Comes with two adapters for fast switching if you happen to have two compatible cameras.

I lost my original charger and I was please to find another Canon OEM charger for my Power Shot S320. With the appropriate adapter for the Italian electrical wall sockets this charger kit works as advertised in the world wide market. Works fine connected to either my printer or computer.

I'm an amateur astrophotographer with a need for all-night uninterrupted power to my Canon DSLR. After a long wait for the product to return to stock, the ACK-DC20 fills the bill perfectly. I can shoot to my hearts content and never worry about changing a battery. Highly recommended.

Comments about Canon ACK-DC20 AC Adapter Kit:
I use this product with a Canon Rebel XTI. The reason I use it is because I do long exposures of stars and other astronomical objects. Long enough that one charge of the provided battery can not handle. (1.5 or more hours) I have had this for a month and so far it works well. It came with two adaptors in which the instructions indicated you had to refer to the manual of the equipment you planned to use the adaptor with to determine which adaptor to use. Being it was a Canon product It would have been helpful if they at least included a list of popular Canon products each adaptor would work with. That's a minor issue but before you run off on vacation like I did, make sure which adaptor you need or at least bring the manual for your specific product. Other than that it seems to be a good investment for my application.

Comments about Canon ACK-DC20 AC Adapter Kit:
Being an astrophotographer I require continuous use of my equipment throughout an entire night. This includes nice warm summer weahter and the extreme cold of Michigan in winter. This AC adapter allowed me to run my Canon 350D for 10 hours straight several nights in a row with no issues. Performed just like it should and will never go back to battery-only power.

Comments about Canon ACK-DC20 AC Adapter Kit:
Bought this for use with my Rebel XT (350D) and I love it. It even works with the BG-E3 battery grip attached.
Product is great for continuous indoor studio/macro shooting when you don't want to worry about running out of power. Gets ride of the need for extra batteries and chargers going. Allows you to leave camera on while transfering photos to a computer or while shooting, moving your tripod, moving lighting, adjusting the subject, etc.
Has a big bulky thing (looks like an in-line fuse, almost) on the cable that sits right outside the camera and can get in the way if you're using a wired remote and have it dangling right there as well.
Overall a great buy for a good price, but wouldn't buy it simply to transfer photos with. Perfect for indoor shooting situations.
