It's a cable. The connectors are solid, the cable is rugged, and the signal gets through. What more could you ask for? Well, it does also have a pretty sweet metallic jacket which is a nice change from the standard matte black. This cable would go nicely with a Mac product.
I'm using this cable to transfer DV video between a scan converter and a video mixer. At least for DV bandwidth, this cable does the trick.
