The Sony CBK-MB01 is the optional picture cache board designed for installation in the DVW-970 Digital Betacam camcorder. The board provides up to 8 seconds of buffered video recording even before the camera is switched into record mode. Once the record button is pressed the picture cache video is recorded to tape just before the live action is recorded.
