It does its job at least, and hopefully will for a while. The filters come in a nice flat case that will not protect them from breakage. I would just as soon as had a plastic disk container. This is a fair deal, but the filter metal elements are coming loose, making me think the glass will fall out at some point, unless I microweld it in. Anyway, its not quite the great deal it seems.
Problems Encountered: Interior holding ring coming loose already

I bought the kit mainly to use the UV and CP (circular polarizor) but was annoyed by the debris that accumulates in the case as you open and close it. The debris is the loop fibers from the velcro strips used to secure the filters in the case.
The second issue I had with the filters is that the black anodized coating on the rings comes off (as dust particles) when you screw the filters onto the lens.
Performance-wise, I don't have any issues. I've used the CP only a couple of times and the UV filter pretty much stays on my Sigma 50-150 to protect the glass.

Comments about Hoya 67mm Introductory Filter Kit:
I was purchasing these filters separately for a trip abroad. As I did further research into prices, I found that this kit was not only a less expensive option as a combined set, but came with a holder!
As I have been shooting with them, I easily recognize the high quality. Great buy!

Comments about Hoya 67mm Introductory Filter Kit:
This is my 3rd Hoya filter set. I have the 52mm and the 58mm for other lenses. I have yet to be disappointed. I have even used the cir.pol. filter stacked with the warming filter with great results. These filters are permanent fixtures on my lenses and I don't plan on changing that anytime soon!

Comments about Hoya 67mm Introductory Filter Kit:
Firstly to protect the lens and also so that clouds show up in the picture.
I like to have a rotating polarized lens (and ALL my prescription sunglasses are polarized - I like the light quality).
It made money sense to get the three filters at the same time.
I am not sure when to use the warm filter, but I am sure I will find out!
My 4* rating is because if all you want is lens protection then a UV filter is enough.

Comments about Hoya 67mm Introductory Filter Kit:
I finally decided to upgrade my Nikon N90S and go digital with my SLR and purchased a Nikon D90 with the kit lens. As always, new lenses never seem to be the same diameter as old lenses so I had to buy new filters. My stock filters are a UV and a polarizer. I wanted to get decent filters but not pay a fortune. I purchased the Hoya starter set with a UV, Polarizer and warming filter. I have not used the warming filter yet, but the others have performed as I would expect from Hoya. Pictures are turning out great.

Comments about Hoya 67mm Introductory Filter Kit:
I use almost all the filters in this kit and they work fine...except for the warming filter. I am sure it works fine but unless you are shooting film and don't have editing software I really don't see much need for it. I would rather have a neutral density filter included in the kit but that's just my preference. It is still a good kit for the price.

I have that kit since 3 weeks ago.
I'm using UV filter with my 16-85 Nikkor lens.
I tried to see performance of Polarizer. It has no multi coating but it does its job very good.
I did not use warm filter untill now.
These tree filters come with a soft case. It does not protect them well. But can be used to hold them together. You should find a hard case.

These were the first filters I bought for my first 67mm lens. The polarizer works well. All screw on to my lens reliably. Just be sure that you really need the warming filter (I didn't really *need* it).
