Sony IMZ-RS300C Additional Client Upgrade

The Sony IMZ-RS300C is an additional client upgrade the Real Shot Manager v3 IP video monitoring software. This license agreement allows users to add one additional client-based PC computer to its network and have it work simultaneously with the original.

Real Shot Manager v3 provides the glue that keeps an IP-based surveillance system working to its highest potential. The PC-based software application is fully scalable, from just 2 cameras all the way up to highly sophisticated enterprise level setups. It has the ability to fully integrate itself with an entire array of network cameras and display them in crystal clarity via a standard PC-computer running Microsoft Windows.

The abundant feature-set includes intelligent motion detection, MPEG-4 support, scheduled recording, "hotspot" monitoring, multiple alarm options, and many more. The package is ideal for both stand-alone and client/server based configurations, making it an extremely valuable tool in a wide variety of applications including general surveillance as well as quality control monitoring.

Key Features

• Intelligent Motion Detection: The software can automatically detect when abnormal movements within the frame are present. Events like rustling leaves and pouring rain can be easily filtered out, avoiding any false alarms. Additionally, users can manually mask various areas of the frame to keep them triggering any alarms.

• Extensive Monitoring Techniques: There are a wide variety of monitoring techniques available when using Real Shot Manager, including customized layouts using an advanced graphics-user-interface. Options such as a layout "tour" makes it easy to monitor an entire network at once with very little eyestrain. Most notable is the ability to access the entire network via the web using Microsoft Internet Explorer; now you can monitor what's important wherever you are!

• Scheduled Recording: The software can be programmed to turn on and off at certain intervals of the day. This can be especially useful in retail stores where there are a set amount of high-traffic hours per day.

• MPEG-4 Support: As MPEG-4 starts to become the compression format of choice with Sony's SNC-RZ25, SNC-P1, and SNC-DF40/DF70 CCTV cameras, Real Shot Manager makes sure all options are at the user's disposal.

• Multiple Alarm Options: Real Shot Manager v3 has a variety of alarm options, including directly emailing the user when a disturbance occurs. Very Cool.
