If you're into A/V work, keep several of these on hand. It works well for what it is. The only issue that I've had is that the bolts have gotten in the way of a connection before - although that could just be a design flaw of the other connector.

I keep a couple of these in my A/V kit for presentations. They work great when you're hooking up laptops to projectors or VGA splitters and you need to reverse the end of one cable or extend a VGA cable to reach somewhere. With these female gender benders, I only have to keep male to male VGA cables in my kit, and these take care of any connections that may surprise me.

Solid construction. No noise added to the signal and has the thread locks so there's no chance of the cables accidentally coming apart. Use it to connect two 6' VGA cables to my projector.
