The Producer's Toolbox production elements collection by Sound Ideas comprises a library of sound clips and musical loops created specifically for TV, radio and Flash based applications. Used by VH1, Discovery, MTV, Showtime and HBO to name a few, this collection of sound design elements and musical loops was created for visual based productions.
The library contains 450 production element sound effects, and are separated into swooshes and whooshes, hits and stings, twinkles and sparkles and beds and drones. These categories are also subcategorized to help pinpoint exactly what the right clip.
Also included are over 120 musical elements, set up as 40 sets of "beats and treats," ready to use in any productions, license free. The compositions in this section have been separated into:
- Beat (drum beat)
- Treat (music without the drum beat)
- Beats and Treats combinations (drum beat and music together)
The Producer's Toolbox consists of an audio CD and a data CD ROM, the latter offering 16-bit/44.1kHz stereo AIFF files for the same selection on both discs, allowing the user to work with maximum flexibility. Or a producer may audition sounds on the audio CD while the editor imports the selected AIFF files directly into the project at hand.
The library comes in a durable brushed aluminum metal DVD box (no more cracked jewel cases.)
