Meade Deep Sky Imager Fan Accessory
Meade's Deep Sky Imager fan accessory gives the Deep Sky Imager cameras a boost by enhancing their air-cooled capacities. The fan keeps the cameras up to 9° Fahrenheit cooler than without a fan installed, and arrives with a battery pack for simple field use(batteries not included). CCD Cameras operating at lower temperatures have significant improvements in noise reduction and pixelation.
The Deep Sky Imager fan accessory operates upon 8 1.5-volt "AA" batteries, but it is also compatible with Meade's #541 AC power supply.
