Backdrop Alley Muslin Background - 10 x 12' - Chroma-Key Green
Backdrop Alley 10 x 12' Muslin Chroma-Key background is suitable for video, or still photography, when the user wishes to "key-in" a background digitally. The choice of blue or green will be determined by the predominant color of your subject. Use green if the subject is NOT green, or the model is NOT wearing different shades of green.
Note! Colors depicted may vary slightly, due to differences in computer monitors, printed media, and variances in manufacturer's fabrics, dyes or paints.
- Features a 4" hem on top and bottom with 5 eyelets on the top for hanging.

Due to the size of our shooting space we've had to set up the screen in between the rooms partition. It hangs off of a pole (the screen has a loop of fabrics for pole hanging opposite to the side with the rings). You can see through it but so long as we don't have a light source visible from behind the sheet, the surface is reflective enough to hide any see-through. The fabric is cotton so you could look at any typical cotton bed sheet to find an example of the thickness and feel of the backdrop though it is considerably more durable than bed sheets, of course. Unfortunately having to manually roll up the sheet after use results in some minor creasing which seems to spread out and disappear for the most part after it is set back up. We do however stretch the fabric out a bit and tape it to the walls so that it lies as flat as possible. Essentially this is an excellent backdrop if you are looking for nothing more than an adequately large length of fabric with which to key your subject. Would not recommend use as bedclothes.

Only had this for a month so far. I don't know if it is because of the fabric, or the color of the fabric, but it seems like the green should be brighter. This is my first green screen so I don't have anything to compare to. But I was surprised at how dark the green was (for a chroma key green). This hasn't posed any problems yet, and maybe it never will, but it is worth noting.
This is a large backdrop which is great, but it does pose problems with wrinkles. I still haven't figured out how to store it without folding it.
I would recommend this product only becuase of the price.

I purchased this green screen for a recent video shoot. It worked very well and I ended up with a really good key from it. One end has a tube to hang on a backdrop support system and the other end has grommets.
I recommend steaming it prior to using it as it can wrinkle pretty easily - but this is expected since it is made of muslin. I used a simple hand-held steamer and it was easily straightened out.

This is basically a green sheet. For chromakey, it's fine. I've pulled good keys out of worse material.
Lightweight and inexpensive, why pay more? Spend your money on lighting and creativity, not on green background cloth.
Wrinkles easily. If you use AfterEffects, don't sweat it, AE does a great job with wrinkeled backgrounds.
Time will tell, but I don't think this is the most durable material out there. But for the price, I can replace it after a few shoots and still get my money's worth.

I use this for my Senior pictures. I had paper before and for a small studio that does not have a mounted wall system the paper was just to much for one person to put up without tearing. This background has made my work go ten times faster.

Using this background in tandem with PhotoKey software. I am getting some very decent results with just a basic two light system. It does tend to crease easily so have an iron or steam iron handy. Overall, very happy with results.
