It's a very soft cloth that won't scratch lenses, filters, screens...
I've tried almost everything to clean my Hoya multicoated filters, and this cloth has given me the best results so far.

This microfiber cloth and a couple of drops of Invisible Dust LENS AND OPTICS CLEANER and lens cleaning is easy and cleans very effectively without leaving any film. With the LENS AND OPTICS CLEANER (TM) this is the best lens cleaning cloth I have ever experienced. I have used tissues and standard lens cleaning fluid in the past and this is much better.
