I have used these Sony DVD- discs for yrs. Great results every time. Currently I'm transferring our treasured family video tapes onto DVDs and the Sony discs have given excellent clarity, color and fidelity. These discs are highly compatible, have good capacity and have proven reliabile in my equipment. B&H has fair pricing[...] Since I can no longer find these discs where I live, I will be ordering more soon. Great all around product.

DVD+/-R discs are hit-and-miss. I've had great luck with Sonys, both +R and -R, single-layer and double, and almost never make a "coaster."
