The Audio-Technica Pro 35 is a cardioid condenser clip-on microphone with a frequency and sensitivity response suitable for capturing vocals. The cardioid polar pattern effectively minimizes noise and ambiance at the off-axis sections of the microphone capsule. The extended frequency response enhances audio detail. A 6-foot (1.8m) microphone cable is permanently attached between the microphone and power module.

Additionally, a cable-strain relief reduces cable-transmitted noise and cable damage.
