The Sony DVP-NS75H DVD Video, CD Video, CD Audio, CD-R/W, DVD+R/W and DVD-R/W Player with Progressive Scan and HDMI Interface is the perfect addition to any home theater system. With an HDMI connection you get upconversions of 720p to 1080i. So uncompressed digital signals turn into the clearest images available. Precision Cinema Progressive circuitry detects image changes at the pixel level and are converted for an even higher-quality video output.

The DVP-NS75H is compatible with DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW, and CD-R/RW disc formats as well as MP3 audio and JPEG image formats. So you can watch just about anything including digital photos stored in JPEG format.

• Precision Drive 3 System: With this latest generation of DVD you can now compensate for warped discs with the Precision Drive 3 system which moves the lens-instead of the entire optical block-for faster and more accurate error correction.

• Precision Cinema Progressive Technology: Lets your DVD player detect image changes at the pixel level providing a more faithful representation with separate, optimized algorithms are used to handle the differing pixel behavior. These separate algorithms also process moving and still parts of an image, resulting in sharp backgrounds with moving objects that are virtually free from motion artifacts.

• MP3 Playback: Want to play your MP3 Music on your DVD player, it couldn't be easier, insert your disc and press menu. Scroll through your folders with the remote control and you're ready to go.

• A/V Sync: With A/V Sync audio tracks are aligned to match video tracks which helps if you have a newer television with a video buffer or delay.

• Multi-Disc Resume: Let your viewing habits revolve around your life. Stop watching at any point and return whenever its convenient and your DVD player remembers where you left off. This player is so advanced it remembers up to 6 disc placements at a time, so you can return to your favorite movie at any time, even after the kids have watched several of their programs.

• Virtual Surround: With 5 Surround Sound modes every audiophile in the crowd is bound to be thrilled with this DVD players virtual surround quality.

• Advanced SmoothScan and SmoothSlow: With advanced SmoothScan and SmoothSlow technology you can stop and review a particular portion of video with total clarity. Never miss a shot and get all the details you need.

• Fast and Slow Play with Audio: Use the fast or slow play functions with audio to help you find the specific portion of tape you're looking for. Audio cues help narrow the search and making viewing easier and more convenient.
