This Bushnell kit consists of a Car Window Mount and a Tabletop Tripod.

With a single lock for the altitude and azimuth axes, this Bushnell Car Window Mount makes precise positioning of your binoculars, telescopes or cameras simple. With this mount, you can use any piece of equipment that works with a 1/4"-20 socket. The mount features as well a pan/tilt head. The Tabletop Tripod is ideal to support a spotting scope or compact still camera.

If your binoculars' threaded tripod socket is between the objective lens barrels, you'll need to make an additional purchase of a binocular tripod adapter.

Single locking arm for altitude and azimuth axes
Max height: 8" (20.3 cm)

works great, easily fits on a side car window and to the camera. I was looking for a a tripod to use while driving around taking photos of christmas lights with a DSLR without having to set up and tear down a full tripod every couple of houses, Most of the reviews of the suction cup mounts were poor so I ordered this one and glad I did

        haven't used as a tripod, per se, but use as a car window mount... for it's size and weight, it is surprisingly sturdy and is capable of holding my full size digital slr steady. you just need to practice a few times to see how it works best for you.
