The MCS2 RS-232 Media Control Station 2 from JL Cooper, is a compact remote that features large buttons for Record, Play, Stop, Fast Forward, Rewind and other editing functions. A precision, optically encoded jog/shuttle wheel allows the user to jog or shuttle effortlessly with frame accuracy.
Shift and Option modifier keys let the controller send out more than twenty different control messages. Supplied software can be used with any editing software program running under Windows 98 and NT. Additionally, the software allows the user to customize presets for controlling software from Adobe, AVID, Media 100, Macromedia Sony and many others.
