Photoflex Umbrella with Adjustable Ribs - White with Black Backing - 30"
The Photoflex 30" White Reflective Adjustable Umbrella is unique. Its ribs can be shifted to change the shape of the umbrella from round to square. Why? If you are working in an area with low ceilings, this feature allows higher positioning of the light without damaging the umbrella. Also, in certain situations, a square catch-light in a reflective surface may be preferred over a round catch-light.
Umbrellas soften, broaden, and diminish the light output of any tungsten or flash light source. Umbrellas with a white interior will soften and weaken light more than an umbrella with a silver lining.

This is the only umbrella to buy if you take it outdoors. The fiberglass or nylon ribs do not bend if blown over. It also has a velcro strip to hold it together after you roll it up. I won't buy any other brand of umbrella for my outside work.
