Black Grand from Big Fish Audio consists of a magnificent Steinway D grand piano, recorded in a concert hall for the true concert grand experience, programmed for the Giga Sampler series.
Three different recording perspectives are included - close, ambient and medium ambiance provide three different instruments to choose from. Each perspective has ten different patches, each providing a different set or subset of the full sample set.
Each instrument contains an astonishing forty-eight samples per note (thirty-six for the GigaStudio.) The size of the 24-bit Black Grand library, delivered on a single DVD is over 18GB, while the 16-bit version totals 12GB.
