Does what it's supposed to. It's a bit anemic (and a little scary) to run my full size notebook computer, but fine for charging the battery with computer off.

After approximately 15 minutes of total usage the unit began to whine like a power saw when turned on, and if picked up and turned, the whine varies between the power saw and a blender. Once in a while it quiets down to normal, but by this time I had requested a replacement. Needed to depend upon it for a tour in Asia, couldn't take the chance.[...]
