Comments about Kata WS-606 GDC Shoulder Case:
This bag was originally referred to me by a friend. He's a commercial photographer and keeps everything in this one handy bag. I was telling him that I needed to replace my large (and expensive) Lowepro bag. I was looking for a bag that I could not only use for storing my camera, lenses and accessories, but that I can take with me if I needed all my gear in one location. However, the one I had required me to bubblewrap everything due to lack of padding. This bag is amazing! It looks small, but it's SO roomy. It holds my Nikon DSLR, 3 large lenses and TONS of accessories...with room to spare! I highly recommend this bag to anyone!

Comments about Kata WS-606 GDC Shoulder Case:
I was looking for a larger camera bag because I was constantly either carrying two bags, or deciding what not to take with me. After some research, I decided on the Kata WS-606.
This is an extremely versatile bag because you can cut the included divider material to fit your needs and place the dividers any way you choose with the included velcro fasteners. There's enough of it to fashion several different configurations. The bag is padded very well and offers good protection for its contents. I can fit 2 DSLRs, (Canon Mk2N and 40d), 70-200L f2.8, 100-400L, 28-135, 17-40L, 50mm f1.8, Two extenders (1.4x and 2x), and two 580EX flashes, all in the main compartment.
In addition, there are 2 large side compartments plus a back compartment, and also a good sized 2-section zipper pouch under the lid. I usually carry 3 spare batteries for the Mk2N, and 2 or 3 spares for the 40d, plus 3 sets of spare flash batteries in one side compartment alone, just to give an idea how much will fit. The back compartment is about 9 inches tall, by 9 inches wide at the top and 11 wide at the bottom, by about an inch deep, and is well padded.
The only drawback to a large bag is that it gets pretty heavy if you fill it up with big lenses. But it is designed so that the lid can be opened while you are carrying the bag without removing the strap from your shoulder. It opens toward the outside (away from you) so you can easily change out your gear without the fear of dropping anything.
A rain cover and a waist strap are also included, although I have yet to use the waist strap because the bag works fine without it.
