The kit includes a three hour charger, an 10' air cushioned light stand, grid reflector and umbrella. With a fully charged pack, up to 150 full-power flashes are possible... up to 400 at its lowest setting.
The Uni400JR weighs 3.5 lbs, and provides 400 watt/seconds on AC power. Full, 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8 power settings in 1/3 stop steps provide a 4 f/stop range.
