Rosco ClearColor is clear drying, invisible fluorescent paint. When viewed under incandescent light it is completely clear; yet, under the flood of ultraviolet light, this UV activated BLUE color comes to life. ClearColor's flexible; vinyl acrylic binder allows these distinctive paints to be used on virtually any scenic surface.
ClearColor may be applied over all Rosco paints. Rosco suggests you prime the substrate to prevent ClearColor from absorbing into the substrate. Light colored surfaces will yield the best results. It is available in 4 colors plus Invisible Black and White. ClearColor appears milky when wet but will clear as it dries -- in about 30 minutes, at 75° F.
