We have a large great room that we needed to fill sound in. We had 2 Northridge series bookshelf JBL speakers and a Klipsch sub woofer which complements. We purchased a Vizio LCD 1080i. The center channel JBL looks great with the Vizio! Not too mention the sound completes our surround sound. Love JBL and Klipsch.

This is a great center channel speaker. I use it with a Harmon Kardon amplifier and the two work so well together. This center replaced a small single woofer Panasonic center channel and it makes a huge difference. All the voices are so crisp and full now. Also it helps it is a beautiful speaker.

I have this center channel mounted directly to the wall above my 50" plasma in the family room. I am using it in conjunction with the JBL CSS10 150w powered subwoofer and JBL in wall 5 1/4 two-way front and rear surrounds. The design of this speaker is sleak and beautiful. The piano black baffle will match nicely with most flat panel TVs. The voice reproduction during TV/Movie viewing is crisp and accurate, never muddy. This center does a good job of standing alone as the main speaker during TV/movie viewing, but does not overpower the surround speakers. Also, during 5 channel stereo for music reproduction, the sound is also crisp and accurate for voice and instrument reproduction, even at high volumes and the sound blends well with the remainder of the system. One of my favorite parts was the built in mounting system (with a template), I had my speaker out of the box, mounted to the wall above by TV and playing audio in no more than 15-20 minutes.

I just purchased HKTS-18 [...] and I was missing midrange punch from the system while watching blue ray DVDs. As soon as I added JBL CSC55 to the system, the cinematic experience never felt so good. The piano black front also accentuates the all black HKTS-18. Thanks B&H for the hi-fi item and decent price.
