Comments about Shure PG30-TQG Headset Microphone:
OEM is best!My original Shure PQ30 broke after many years and I replaced it with a couple of no-name brands which were more expensive but they were not good at all - uncomfortable and had pops. Found B & H and bought the OEM PQ30 at a great price. All good again!

Comments about Shure PG30-TQG Headset Microphone:
We have used this type of headset for several years at our club and find it to be an inexpensive and effective piece if it's handled with care. We have several classes a day so our microphone system gets plenty of use, but the instructors know not to wrap the cord all around it and to always use a wind screen. I would recommend the full round kind though instead of what comes with the headset.

Comments about Shure PG30-TQG Headset Microphone:
I bought one of these seven or eight years ago and use it every single week. I thought I was having problems with it after about six months, then realized it was just rubbing on my newly-grown out beard. :-) Anyway, my wife just got a used wireless system for her classroom and the lav microphone needed replacing (more for sanitary needs...) so I didn't hesitate, and bought her a headset just like mine. She loves it! (not like there was much of a doubt of that... :-)) Thank you, Shure, for a quality product! And thank you, B&H, for having for a great deal!

It makes you looks like an aerobics instructor, but it's cheap, durable and picks up good sound. Good for shoestring musical theater.

I purchased two of these to replace our old failing mics. We use them in our Martial Arts School. The wiring in the old ones were failing so we found these at B&H and ordered our replacement.

Comments about Shure PG30-TQG Headset Microphone:
I use this product when leading worship in our church. Now even the most hearing challenged have commented that they can hear perfectly from any seating in the church. This headset microphone has been the best purchase we have made for improving our sound system in the past year.
