i run the conferences and banquet department at a major hotel, have had 6 of these for over a year and all get used hard, have not had to replace a single battery yet, have not found a computer yet that they do not work with, just recently purchased 6 more, not one of them have failed me and i don't expect that they ever will

I have been looking for a presentation remote that could be used to control two different at once, and with this you can. We run two PowerPoint presetations side by side and it was a pain having to manually advance each side one at a time. After finding this product we have the freedom to walk around and actually be able to inact with the audience and not have to worry about getting back to stage to goto the next slide. Even though it is not very stylish it very useful and being that it works on 430mHz frequency, it won't interfere with our 2.4Ghz wireless network.

The remote presenter feels cheap, like a candy tin. And it does not work properly with PowerPoint in Presenter Mode (which is the whole reason I picked this model - because it claimed to work in that mode). I bought two, so that I could sync them both to the same USB receiver, but device conflicts forced me to put both receivers in separate ports at the same time. Not at all the great product I was hoping for.
