I have found the Vortex Razor to be excellent birding binoculars. They are easy to hold steadily(balance), hold diopter adjustment completely, and are truly fogproof. Color rendition, which is so important to me, is absolutely first rate. The only weakness is the developing of some looseness over time in the adjustable eyepiece extenders. This can be corrected by an adjustment of a tiny drag-ball in the housing but is a small nuisance.All told I find these binoculars to be a really excellent value for the price and recommend them with no reservations.
