The SmartPro 1500 LCD Line-Interactive Digital UPS System from Tripp Lite is a rackmountable 8-outlet UPS and surge suppressor system. Featuring 13 minutes of half-load battery back-up, 480 Joule surge suppression and USB and DB9 serial monitoring for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux, the UPS is an excellent choice to power and protect your computer system. Tripp Lite backs the UPS with a $250,000 connected equipment guarantee, giving you peace of mind that your hardware will be safe from power surges.

LCD Display
The SmartPro's LCD display lets you see the input voltage, battery capacity and other operating factors at a glance. This lets you quickly gauge the status of your UPS and connected devices.
Surge Protection and Battery Backup
The UPS protects up to 8 devices against power surges up to 480 Joules in strength. Additionally it has ports to protect a phone or network cable, allowing your dataline to be protected as well. The internal battery can power devices at half-load for up to 13 minutes and for up to 3.5 minutes at full load.
USB and Serial Communication
The UPS features USB and Serial ports for communication with a computer. It is compatible with the Windows, Mac OS X and Linux operating platforms, allowing computers to initiate shut down procedures in the event of a power failure without the need for human intervention.
Rackmount Design
The SmartPro is housed in a rackmount design, allowing you to easily integrate it into your professional server environment. Rackmount systems help to improve organization and make equipment easier to maintain.
