Comments about Carson 7x32 X-View Monocular:
Using the product to safely view near and far features of equipment for facility inspections. Near focus was critical for my application and works as advertised.Separate adjustments for near and far focus could be inconvenient, but I'm usually using either one or the other on a given day.Good tool if you want to spend less than $100.

Comments about Carson 7x32 X-View Monocular:
-This monocular is well built and compact for the magnification. The focus at 7x isn't extremely intuitive but since I don't use this for the short depth of field work (at which it also excels!) I find the focus wheel comes with a bit of practice. The eye relief is quite good and works very well while wearing glasses (another plus for monoculars, in general). I haven't tried it in low-level light but the large diameter will surely work better than smaller monoculars at double the price. I highly recommend this model for the addition of the tripod/stand mount.
