Comments about GGI FM-LE01 FM Transmitter:
I got this to use in my car and kitchen - neither works too well. None of the 4 available "stations" came through without static - not the kinda of sound I'd like from my MP3. It's frustrating to get it in the right spot in my car so it doesn't get fuzzy. When it works, it's nice to have.

Comments about GGI FM-LE01 FM Transmitter:
I wanted to use my iPod in my truck and in my garage where I do not have any way to input an auxillary device. I have used FM transmitters for solutions such as XM radio recievers in the past and they work fairly well so I thought I would try this one. So far it is "ok". In my truck I get quite a bit of static downtown because I believe other radio stations are drowning it out due and is limited to the higher frequency end of the radio 106.7 (I think) and higher. In the garage, away from Seattle) it seems to work a bit better but still not clear like the one on my XM. The theory is sound but this has not been the best product I have used for this purpose.
Comments about GGI FM-LE01 FM Transmitter:
This cheaply made gadget doesn't work at all.
I want my money back, however, it's hard to put it back as original package!

Even in the best of circumstances, this device does not work well. Reception is inconsistent, nowhere near as good as the radio in my new truck. I'd return it, but it's not worth the effort.

Comments about GGI FM-LE01 FM Transmitter:
This product is pretty good, and works as advertised. My only complaint is that the signal seems to carry a fairly low gain. I have a descent alpine car stereo w/two big amps 4 mains and 2 subs bridged mono on their own amp and w/the player volume turned up max I still have to turn my alpine way up to get some decibels going. I do like to listen to my music loud, but not earplug loud just, kind of jammin loud. Anyway, it does do it's job, and works well my issue w/volume may not apply to all. Good product, [...]

Comments about GGI FM-LE01 FM Transmitter:
Overall the transmitter does the job - high quality output (for MP3)to the radio. But you are limited in the frequencies it broadcasts and if you live in an area where other people live (hmmm) you are likely to have strong FM radio on these frequencies. Broadcast frequencies are 106.7, 107.1, 107.5, and 107.9 - these are very common FM radio freqencies in most areas other than the more rural areas of the US. Test your FM before ordering. The transmitter will overcome the less strong FM signals but it will drop out from time to time and you will get static. If there are no FM stations broadcasting on at least one of these frequencies - you are all set. Order it.
