The Numark iDJ2 is an iPod DJ mixing workstation that improves on the ground breaking original iDJ. The iDJ2 enables 2 songs to be mixed from a single iPod and features additional USB inputs for connection to other USB storage devices such as thumb drives or Memory Sticks.
Songs from multiple devices can be stored onto a single playlist for easy accessibility. Large jog-wheels provide scratch and back-cue audio manipulation. The integrated 2-channel mixer supports audio from turntables and other audio devices. The iDJ2 is a simple solution for any DJ who prefers the convenience of their iPod over CDs and vinyl records.

you can buy an m audio xponent midi controller for 65 dollars cheaper and it is professional grade. this would be cool if it were at least $300 cheaper. boom.

LCD screen is really cool.

I really enjoy this mixer. You can mix with an Ipod or any mass storage device. You can also scratch, pitch control. You can even have a virtual crate list so you can have your set ready for your mix. You can even hook up turntables and cdjs for an ultimate setup. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an affordable quality mixer.

The IDJ2 is a good peice of equipement for your simple DJing needs. I personally came from the Torq and Exponent which have multiple bells and whistles but the IDJ2 does a great job sounds clean and was remarkable for the price...
