Very reliable and easy to use. Next step will be voice recognizer, then everything is going to be perfect. I use it to dictate medical reports an i really recomend this product.

The problem mentioned previously can be fixed by reassigningor deleting the affected function keys in DSS. (Reading theHelp file would have been a good idea before evaluating theproduct...) So, there are NO problems with this product. Great!

This is my second purchase from B&H.100% satisfied. Also purchased the Transcriber kit. Theproduct left B&H on Friday and arrived at my door in Canadabefore noon on Monday. Excellent!
Problems Encountered: The only problem with the product is a few of our Macros inWord won't work when DSS is active. All goes back to normalwhen DSS is closed. Very strange, by the btw we can work around theproblem.
