Rosco # 3202 Full Blue CTB Color Conversion Gel Filter (20x24" Sheet)
Roscoe Full Blue CTB Color Conversion Gel Filter - This filter is traditionally used to convert tungsten lighting to daylight. CTB (Color Temperature Blue) filters are available in a full spectrum of degrees (strengths) which, depending on your needs, can be used to either raise the temperature of your lighting or used to create different lighting interpretations.
CTB filters offer you complete control when shooting under tungsten lighting.

I've used Rosco gels since 1985 and prefer them over Lee gels. Years ago I compared them (and maybe Lee has improved their polymer base) and found the color to be more consistent and the polymer base to be more durable.
The CTB gel typically sits in front of my hot lights when I'm shooting interiors. They are durable and can last a couple years if kept clean and cool.

It's a gel that corrects 3200 light sources to 5600. It works well for that purpose.
The downside to them is you will lose overall light intensity, and have to iris up, or add more lights - but this proves the case with most any gels.

I'm using these to daylight correct hot lights. Takes the heat pretty well. I can attach them within a foot of the light and they're okay for short spurts.
