Brings my camera flash down to 3,300K color temp.
So either my flash isn't at 5,500K temp (maybe higher) or the spec is wrong, but to do dim tungsten lighting (2,700K-ish) it's not warm enough.

As stated in other reviews, Rosco is the go-to gel manufacturer. This CTS is no exception. There's not much to say except Rosco has a well-earned reputation for reliability. This gel falls in line with that standard.

I'm using the filter for indoor film photography with an on camera flash. I'm currently shooting with a Hasselblad 503cx and D flash 40 along with Fuji 400 speed film.

I honestly haven't used this item as of yet, but I have other similar products by Rosco and it matches them in terms of quality. I use this with small flash and studio strobes for color correction. No complaints about this item at all.

It came as a large sheet you had to cut but it gave me the flexibility to cut it to my heart's desire.

I use the filter to soften the flash on my camera, and to warm my auxilliary flash. It creates pleasing skin tones. I would recommend as a simple fix for the harsh light caused by most on camera flashes.
