This is a box of 480 sheets of Archival Tissue from Archival Methods. It is excellent for interleaving prints and drawings and protecting artifacts. Now that you have that great portfolio assembled, why not add this tissue to prevent the pages from rubbing against each other? This tissue not only adds another layer of protection between images but adds a touch of professionalism to an already fabulous portfolio. This tissue can also be used in the preservation of gowns, historic uniforms and textile items. It is archival grade - acid and lignin-free. It is also thin for easy folding, padding and crumples without hard edges

- Light weight 20-34g/per square meter 1.5 mil
- Passes the PAT (Photographic Activity Test) ISO 14523 (formerly ANSI IT9.16) and TAPPI T444 silver tarnish test
- A high-quality, buffered, archival tissue paper for interleaving and wrapping
- Tissue is buffered for added protection
- Acid-and lignin-free, and thin for easy folding, padding or crumpling without hard edges

The tissue came in a flat pack, rolled up to fit into the box. It had some creases, apparently from the factory, which detracted a bit from the intended use for it as interleaving pages in an album. Otherwise, the quality is good, and the paper is thin, translucent, yet remarkably resistant to tearing.
