The Panasonic SDR-S150 3-CCD SD Camcorder is much more than just a replacement for the Panasonic's popular SDR-S100. At first glance the SDR-S150 features seem to be the same with its Leica Dicomar lens, 10x optical zoom, 3.1-megapixel still mode, and a 2.8" LCD screen, but Panasonic made a few changes that have a great impact on this camcorder. The Dual-Engine processor captures moving images with such incredible precision that images caught in LP mode have the same level of resolution as those caught in standard SP mode. Panasonic also upgraded the image stabilizer to an Optical Image Stabilizer and is the first camcorder to take advantage of the SDHC memory card. All in all this is a great camera at a price that wont leave you pinching your pocketbook.

• 2.8-inch Wide LCD Screen: Need to shoot your footage with ease? The 2.8-inch LCD on this camcorder ensures that you won't miss a single detail.

• SDHC Slot: The DSHC memory card is a higher capacity version of the conventional SD Card, the SDHC cards have the capacity to store an astounding 32GB at higher speeds than the standard SD cards.

• Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS): While a digital image stabilizer compensates for shaking by adjusting the picture frame by frame, an Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS) avoids the shaking before the image is captured. OIS uses a a floating lens element that is moved relative to the rest of the lens, to maintain a balanced picture.
