I've had a wired Mighty mouse for a couple years now. I'm a big fan, I'm happy I bought wireless to go with my laptop, less clutter in my bag, and it was an easy change over for me.

I love my Apple products BUT... This mouse is not a quality product. The track ball is great but it will quickly stop scrolling smoothly due to it getting dirty.

Cleaning the track ball is no easy task! Don't take my word, go ahead and look up "cleaning apple mouse" online)

I have owned two, to which both broke it less that 1 year, and I refuse to buy another one.

Sorry Apple but this wireless mouse is not built to your normal high standard.

The best mouse I've ever used. The 360 degree ball is great. You can change the buttons to perform different actions
through prefences. It's a perpect fit for my hands. I have a MacBook pro and
thought the touch pad was enough, but I use design programs and moving
around a mouse is more efficient and less fatigue on the wrist
when you use a mouse. The bluetooth is quick, and better now
with snow leopard. Battery is exeptional.

Gets rid of another cord. Bluetooth hooked up easily to my iMac. smooth gliding and accurate on my desktop. Mac keeps track of it's battery status and I can turn it off by sliding a little shutter underneath. You can also configure it for left and right buttons or leave it in it's default single button.

The whole 'squeeze' thing is hard to get used to, but I wouldn't be without the mighty mouse.

it's nice when I'm using a tablet to move the mouse out of the way.

Had some problems out of the box. The MM would lose the connection if I jarred it in any way. The solution was to bend the metal plate in the battery compartment to make a better connection. It works like a charm now. My only complaint is that the track ball is too small so the movements are too abrupt. It is difficult to scroll pages using it.

I purchased this mouse to use it with my new MacBook Pro - but I started using it with my Mac G5 desktop as I wanted to test it first. Bad move. Now I love it using it with my desktop and have to get another one for my laptop. It's absolutely great. Very versatile, precise, small trackball that moves 360 degrees is very useful. After a month of every day use - battery indicator shows that it's still fully charged. Great product.

Even though this is not the Bluetooth version, it's a great addition to my laptop. The scrollball is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I've been a Mac user for 20 years now. This is the niftiest mouse that they've yet put out. Optical tracking means that no gunk accumulates on a tracking ball. The mouse is programmable and can function as a standard PC mouse (good when you're using a new Intel-based Mac that can boot and run natively in a Windows OS). My only gripe: the ball at the top of the mouse requires frequent cleaning and, even then, it seems to lose some of its original sensitivity. Nevertheless, a winner.

I use this mouse for design and editing music. It tracks great, responsive and the interface to assign buttons is easy breezy as Apple intended. The 360° Scroll Ball is a stroke of genius. Must use to appreciate it. Construction is far superior than anything in it's class. Look on this site from time to time and try to find it on sale.

This mouse has it all. Built in mini track ball for page navigation in any direction. In OSX this works by mousing over any visible window (no need to click in the window first). Programmable hidden multi-function keys.

All mice should be designed with these practical and efficient features.

Mouse is great for general use. The track ball is smooth and very useful. Have to get used to using the second mouse button, can't be touching the left side of the mouse.
Can't simultaneously, use the left and right mouse.

This mouse rocks! Because of the way I "hold" a mouse, my Index finger is right on the far right front tip, and I click there. Moving my finger to the far left to right click all the times has lead to a really painful finger, Pus, I use both right & left had throughout the day depending on how I am sitting in the chair, and the single button Pro Mouse was just the right shape to work perfectly in either hand. [...] the shape & function of the Pro mouse was perfect... all I wanted was a freakin' scroll wheel. Enter the Mighty Mouse - problem solved.... love it. B&H jas em for [$]I just set both sides as the primary button... so essentially, its a one button mouse with a scroll ball... which is really cool, and has worked great for me for 6 months. I set the scroll button for desktop vies, and side buttons for all windows...I didnt even consider the side buttons as that seemed just stupid, but after a while I began to mess with it & now I really like it.Biggest complaint is the cord! Why does apple insist on giving every mouse such a short cord! I always have to use a usb extension even when plugging into the keyboard... guess I like to have my mouse where apple thinks it should not be! How about a SST Braided cord... Cat Proof!
