Comments about Kramer VP-413 Scan Converter (Scaler):
I use this product to convert video signals from auxillary devices such as DVD players or VCRs to a VGA computer signal to project through the computer input of an LCD projector. This product works great for that. It has two buttons on the front. One to select the output resolution to match the projector resolution and one to select composite video or S-video input. It is very easy to use.

Comments about Kramer VP-413 Scan Converter (Scaler):
This was perfect for our application of injecting a B/W composite video signal into a 19" color vga computer monitor. The compact design made it easy to find a permanent mounting place within our existing equipment. There is a very slight wave in the image near the outside edges, but wasn't even noticeable if you're primarily concerned with the center of the screen.
