The Olympus FE-200 Digital Camera is an ultra-compact, metal clad camera features an impressive 5x zoom lens (28-140mm equivalent on a 35mm camera), that stretches from wide-angle all the way to telephoto for breathtaking panoramas to stunning close-ups. Photos are captured in crystal clarity by the camera's 6.0 million pixel CCD and, with several special scene modes to choose from and no-nonsense "one button, one function" controls, great results are all but guaranteed. There's even a handy Help function that clearly displays explanations of what camera features do on the large 2.5" LCD screen.

• 6.0 Megapixel Resolution: With a 6.0 million pixel CCD at its heart, this model gives users the power to take sensationally sharp photos, with enough detail to withstand printing colorful pictures up to 16" x 20"

• 5x Wide-Angle Optical Zoom Lens: With a high quality 5x optical zoom lens (equivalent to 28-140mm on a 35mm camera), the Olympus FE-200 is as equally suited to close-ups and telephoto photography, as it is wide angle shots. • Digital Image Stabilization: Incorporating high sensitivity options and a fast shutter speed, the Digital Image Stabilization Mode (DIS) frees pictures from the blur that is sometimes caused by a moving subject.

• TruePic TURBO Image Processor: The exclusive TruePic TURBO Image Processor provides fast camera start-up time, fast shutter speed and enhanced image quality.

• Pixel Mapping & Noise Reduction: Automatic Pixel Mapping (APM) available via menu setting identifies any failed pixels that may accumulate over time and compensates for them automatically. Furthermore, to maintain high image quality, noise reduction is set automatically at shutter speeds of 0.5 second or longer.

• Easy Scene Modes: The 10 selectable scene modes (including Sports, Indoor, and Fireworks) help turn moments into lasting memories.

• Panorama Mode: The panorama mode permits users to take up to 10 frames that are automatically stitchable with Olympus Master software when using an Olympus brand xD-Picture card.
