The Horseman 3D Stereo Camera is a high-quality camera that features two 38mm f/2.8 Fujinon lenses which share a single shutter. It is meant for use with 35mm transparency film, and makes a pair of 24x30.5mm images which are optically centered 34mm apart within the camera. Using the included viewing device, you'll mount the slides within the viewer and observe still images which have a three-dimensional appearance that makes you feel like you're there. It is a truly neat holiday camera.
Unlike 3D cameras from years ago, the 3D Stereo features a single 24x65mm electronically-controlled focal plane shutter, which ensures perfect synchronization of right and left images at speeds of up to 1/1000th second. This makes stereo pictures of high-speed moving subject such as flying birds, jumping animals, or sports possible. It also has a modern and clear rangefinder viewer, automatic film loading/advance/rewind, and aperture-priority TTL autoexposure. A pair of CR2 lithium batteries efficiently powers the camera.
