The LSR4312SP is a 12" powered subwoofer, part of the LSR4300 line from JBL. Ideal for applications in professional music, broadcasting, and post production, the LSR4312SP provides accurate and precise low-end reproduction all the way down to 27Hz. Powered by a 450W amplifier, the subwoofer has plenty of power to kick out anything you throw at it. In addition to offering high-quality JBL audio, the LSR4312SP also includes several advanced technologies including Room Mode Correction, HiQnet networking, and a Linear Spatial Reference design.

Room Mode Correction (RMC) technology analyzes the frequency response of the room and precisely inserts filters to compensate for low frequency inaccuracies. This ensures that signals arrive at mix position with the intended frequency response, eliminating guesswork and creating reliable mixes in any environment. The process also automatically adjusts all speaker levels and sets correct polarity, providing balanced mixes.

HiQnet networking allows up to eight monitors and two subwoofers to be connected in a system, as well as providing full system control via front panel, wireless remote, or from a computer. The Linear Spatial Reference design ensures an accurate in-room response in a variety of spaces, so your audio sounds great, no matter what room you're in.

Note! While compatible with other speakers, some advanced features, such as RMC calibration, are only available if the LSR4312SP is networked to one or more LSR4300 series monitors.

Comments about JBL LSR4312SP 450W 12" Linear Spatial Reference Subwoofer w/ RMC:

This sub has some power. Tight, articulate bass that integrates beautifully with the JBL line of studio monitors. This thing is not a toy, it is capable of some very loud a clean low end reproduction.
