The Ferrari 1000 1004WTMi Notebook Computer from Acer is a great laptop for the mobile professional or student. This ultra-portable notebook will let you take your computing on the road, delivering powerful performance and giving you the ability to easily import digital media.

The Ferrari comes with a software suite by Acer. Acer GridVista simplifies dual monitor work when connecting the laptop to an external display, eSettings to configure system settings and LaunchManager to create hotkeys for common tasks. You'll also find CyberLink PowerDVD, Adobe Acrobat Reader, NTI-CD Maker and a 90-day trial of Norton Antivirus installed on the computer.

The system is powered by a 1.8 GHz AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL-56 CPU and boasts 1 GB of RAM, a 160 GB SATA hard drive, an external FireWire dual layer SuperMulti DVD burner, Bluetooth 2.0+ EDR, 802.11b/g/n wireless Ethernet, 4 USB 2.0 ports, FireWire connectivity and a 12.1" Widescreen display powered by ATI Radeon Express 1150 graphics.
