The Any Spot AS-1000 in-ear wireless monitoring system from Galaxy Audio offers several benefits over traditional floor wedge monitors. Not only do the in-ear earphones help to block out stage noise and eliminate feedback, they also allow the user to move around a stage without losing any audio. The bulk of the floor wedges and amplifiers is also eliminated, replaced by a simple AS-1000T base station transmitter connected to the "monitor out" of a mixing console and one AS-1000R beltpack receiver for each user.
The AS-1000 system offers 64 user-selectable channels for interference-free operation. The transmitter offers RCA, XLR, and 1/4" inputs for use with a wide variety of existing audio devices, such as CD players, tape players, computers, MP3 players, microphones, and more. The AS-1000R beltpack receiver has two integrated antennas for true diversity reception, resulting in fewer signal dropouts. IF the signal does happen to drop, the receiver's auto-mute feature switches on to prevent static from reaching the user's ears.

I use this as a music director in the church. I got it to listen to the music while the choir sings. Until now I couldn't hear the music and was basically directing deaf. This is a lifesaver for me.

We use this unit to record music videos in clubs. Works perfectly.The only small difference between the audio is a lower bass (frequency) sound. This should not be a problem by boosting the bass a bit in when editing. Tested this unit against a direct feed from the board and no one could tell the difference. That's not bad.So if you're a videographer, this is the unit you need to get. We looked at many models and this one wins hands down... for lower price and quality.Both; the transmitter and the receiver is excellent quality and don't look or feel like a cheap product....[*]It was engineered and produced for the pro.Buy one with confidence.[...]

As a worship leader and also the band leader I need to hear a good mix of everyone including the click track. I have used these over a year and have had no trouble with them at all. Get yourself a set of good earbuds and these will help you in the transition on IEM.

Provided me a wireless audio feed to camera mixers from a source sound board. I purchased two additional receivers to simultaneously feed three cameras/mixers. Used in other applications with a headset microphone to communicate with videographers during a shoot. Frequency response of the unit is not as great as I want, but it gets the job done with good FM sound.
