The Harman Kardon HE-1000A Infrared Remote Sensor is an external IR sensor capable of executing remote commands of your Harman Kardon system with a compatible remote control. You can finally close your entertainment doors, conceal your system components and their messy wires, and still maintain full control. The HE-1000A may be placed in the remote room of a multi-room application. Installations of up to 100' are possible with the use of a 100' (1/8") IR remote cable connected from your receiver (IR input required) to the Harman Kardon HE-1000A's connection block.

Versatile Placement
The HE-1000A may be placed on any flat, level surface or it may be attached to other surfaces with double-stick foam tape.
Daisy-Chain Multiple Components
Multiple Harman Kardon components can be connected together and operated with one HE-1000A.
