Benbo monopods combine the outdoor-inspired practicality of Benbo tripods with the compactness and convenience of a monopod. The Benbo Trekker Monopod incorporates a 180° tilting camera mount, which allows the camera to be used in both landscape and portrait modes without the need of an additional ballhead.
Lower legs overlap upper sections so working in water or mud is no problem.

Comments about Benbo Trekker Monopod:
This monopod is unique; it is 2-section and so it is very quick to adjust height. the location of the knob does not change since it is on the bottom section. You can do near blind operation much more easily than other monopods. Only shortcoming is that its not compact for travel, so I have another monopod for that, but this gets used a lot more often in town shoots.
I don't think this monopod came with a tilt head when I bought it. It came with plain screw, so I use bogen 3232 head, which is okay, as long as you shoot 6x6 format or otherwise no need to rotate the position.
