Sony SAL-14TC 1.4x APO (D) Teleconverter - for Sony Alpha & Minolta Maxxum AF SSM & APO Lenses

The Sony SAL-14TC 1.4x II APO (D) Teleconverter provides full AF compatibility with SSM type lenses (with compatible cameras, e.g. Sony Alpha and Minolta Maxxum 7/5/4/3 or newer). This converter will increase the focal length of the lens by 1.4x, and reduces the lens aperture by approx. 1 f/stop.

NOTE: Due to the high-quality design of this converter (5 elements/4 groups), the teleconverter will only fit and work with a select range of lenses. Only the following Sony or Minolta lenses are compatible:

• 300mm f/2.8 (D) SSM
  
• 70-200mm f/2.8 (D) SSM
  
• 200 f/2.8 APO G
  
• 300 f/2.8 APO G
  
• 300 f/4 APO G
  
• 400 f/4.5 APO G
  
• 600 f/4 APO G

Note: The following lenses can only be used in Manual Focus mode:
