The Dolgin Engineering TC200-PAN Battery 2-Position Charger for 7.2V Panasonic Batteries is a 2-position microprocessor-based battery charger. It provides fast, safe simultaneous charging of all Panasonic 7.2V DC batteries, including all CGA-D54 and CGR-D54 batteries. The charger only features two contact pins for each battery, but the batteries have more than two contact points. Nevertheless, two pins is enough. This is because the additional contact points on the batteries are for communicating information in use with a camera. However, only two contact points are required for charging.
- DPM
- Dynamic Power Management (DPM) minimizes battery charge time. By dynamically adjusting battery charge current, more current is allocated to the deeper discharged of the two batteries. Through this process both batteries are ready to use at about the same time.
- Worldwide Charging
- A Worldwide 100-240VAC Power supply works in most locations. With an optional cable (not included), 12V DC car power can be utilized when AC power is not available.
