The Custom Brackets T-CP Quick Release Plate is compatible with the QR quick release system. This makes it possible to slip the camera easily into a QR clamp mounted on a tripod or monopod. The plate comes with an adjustable 1/4"-20 camera screw and features large anti-twist pins.

I have used Strobeframe for awhile and the quick release plate is very easy to attach to the bracket. This one is a solid piece but I have to take some time to look for the right position to secure my camera to the base of the bracket. I think the price is a little high for a plate like this or generally speaking, Custom Bracket's accessories aren't cheap. I paid [$] for the bracket and I ended up spending almost $200 with the extra accessories.
