I love this, it was so easy to put on my camera and it protects more than I thought it would. I have countless amounts of scratches on my camera as I'm clumsy with it and I can say since I've had this it has saved me a cracked screen and ever more scratches. I would say yes to anyone who was thinking about buying it.

This cover is not a great fit and it keeps shifting around to the point that the feature buttons on the camera don't work every time. The lens hood has to be on just right or it interferes with the zoom function by blocking the extension. Bump it just right and it shoots off like a rubberband. It looks good when its on right, hence the above picture, but it is not functional for the average user.

The camera armor fits the XTi like a glove; I didn't really think it was going to be so easy to put it on. It really protects the camera from accidental hits and/or falls, especially important if you do most of your work outdoors. A bonus is actually the added grip with which the camera can now be handled with. Another pretty cool thing is the black color in my opinion: looks professional, and that is important. A small con is that it cannot be combined with a pop-up shade, which I really wanted to do. The screen protector works well, but glare is still an issue. Overall though, great and necessary product.

Wasn't sure I really needed, but so glad I did purchase. It really does help protect your camera if you are outdoors a lot.

This product fits my camera like a glove. Extremely durable. Perfect for those who constantly wear their camera around their neck. Although it's a dust magnet, it does clean up well.

I carry 2 cameras and they bump. This rubberized body armor does go a decent job when carrying 2 cameras with neck straps. Good "grippy" feel to the neorprene, not slippery. Fair to average fit over the camera - the CF card door hangs up on the armor - that area of the area is too small to cut down any further though. Overall though, a useful product for some camera body protection.

Works well guarding against the bumps and bangs. I shoot alot around kids and sports so very useful. Even though marked it forces you to remember what the buttons do without directly looking at them. No more fast glance for button operation.

I bought this because my 3 year old loves to use my camera. The buttons work great even through the rubber. It is tight and easy to manuever. If you need a protective cover this is a great choice...

I was tempted to send it back as soon as I tried it but took a chance I could "alter it" to make it work. I was wrong. Nothing can be done to make it work and now am stuck with it since I cut it in certain areas in my vain attempt. It is possible I got the wrong model in my order but I had no way to tell so I assume it's just a poorly made product. The plastic screen protector wasn't even close to fitting.

I picked up this Armor for my Wife's Canon Rebel & am totally impressed with it. It not only fits the camera sung providing extra protection. It also looks cool & provides a grip Handle better than the camera itself. The buttons that are on the Rebel match up perfect with the corresponding location on the Armor The only reason I did not give it a 5 is due to the fact that it does not provide full bottom camera coverage.

The skin is east to fit onto the camera. The buttons all work flawlessly and still have positive feedback. The LEDs are still visible and the proximity sensor under the viewfinder in unhindered.

There are a few places it could be a little tighter:
The cover does interfere with the lens mount slightly and you may need to manoeuvre the skin to fit a lens.
The rear LCD cover is a little off and does shift around a little. It doesn't stop any buttons from functioning but it does need the occasional adjustment.

These minor issues aside, It's a great way to add some protection to the camera.

The plastic screen cover is difficult to keep clean on the inside, since it seems to carry a static charge and holds dust where you can't easily clean it. Also, the rubber armor itself is a big dust and grit magnet! You'll need to use a damp cloth to clean it way more often than you would clean the camera body itself. And it's a pain to put the armor on, since your camera strap hinges will be slightly obscured, so replacing your strap is going to require a pocketknife and some patience. All in all, for the marginal protection it provides, this is NOT worth what you pay for it.

Expertise: Serious amateur

Problems Encountered: The armor attracts more dirt to my camera than I would like. And the protection from it is marginal at best.

Mine fits perfectly. The proximity sensor is able to do is work at 100%. There is only one button that is a bit hard to press.

The only problems is that the plastic screen cover (which sits underneath the body armor) sometimes interferes with the oriximity sensor which shuts off the rear display when the camera is placed near the photographers face. otherwise works well.
