The DSC FrontBox Pro is a test chart featuring six primary colors and a spectrophotometrically neutral 11 step grayscale. These charts assist shooters and engineers align their cameras as precisely as possible.
- 11 Step Grayscale
- Grayscales will help optimize tonal reproduction and create richer-looking images.
- Color and Skintone
- In addition to the six vector colors, this FrontBox also features four skin tones and instructions on how to effectively use the chart.
- Aspect Ratio and Backfocus
- The FBP includes framing apertures for 16:9 (1.77, 90% and 100%), widescreen film formats 1.85 (90 and 100%) and 2.35 (100%), with a DSC BackFocus Star on the reverse.
